Williams Award 2025 to Professor Cavaliere

Professor Pasquale Cavaliere has been awarded the Williams Award of 2025 for his paper "Critical analysis of variable atmosphere gaseous reduction of iron oxides pellets".

Professor Pasquale Cavaliere has been awarded the Williams Award, which is presented annually by the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining for papers of particular merit concerned with the manufacture and use of iron and steel. The award was given to professor Cavaliere for his paper "Critical analysis of variable atmosphere gaseous reduction of iron oxides pellets" published in the Ironmaking & Steelmaking journal in 2023 (volume 50, issue 8). The Award winners presentation takes place on the 4th of December at the Institute's London headquarters.
