You can vote in advance in the presidential election on the Linnanmaa campus between 17–19 January
The election of the President of the Republic 2024 will begin with a preliminary vote on Wednesday, 17 January. One of the advance polling stations is located on the Linnanmaa campus of the University of Oulu in the central lobby, Erkki Koiso-Kanttilan katu 1, door 2T. The advance polling station of the University of Oulu is open from Wednesday to Friday 17–19 January from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Advance voting in Finland will take place on 17–23 January and the election day is 28 January. If no candidate receives more than half of the votes in the first round, a second round will be held between the two candidates who received the most votes in the first round.
