Project description
The project implements a number of measures, including the current state of load and well-being at work of local management and personnel, as well as the maturity level of the organization's generative AI.
Generative AI solutions are piloted and their effects on well-being and productivity at work are assessed. In addition, the project describes commonly used, scalable models for managing haste and supporting well-being.
Finally, the project results and best practices are disseminated nationally to support the development of working life in a wide range of industries. The project produces concrete benefits, such as improved well-being at work and competitiveness, and its results can also be utilised by other industries and educational institutions in teaching and research.
