AIKAA! Intelligent and Humane Automation for Micro and SMEs

The aim of the AIKAA! project is to improve well-being at work and productivity in micro and small- and medium-sized enterprises by utilizing generative artificial intelligence.

The project aims to reduce the sense of urgency and burden in the workplace and to describe and disseminate innovative, scalable solutions that support well-being and efficiency. In addition, networks are created between companies and experts to make the possibilities of generative AI widely available.

Project description

The project implements a number of measures, including the current state of load and well-being at work of local management and personnel, as well as the maturity level of the organization's generative AI.

Generative AI solutions are piloted and their effects on well-being and productivity at work are assessed. In addition, the project describes commonly used, scalable models for managing haste and supporting well-being.

Finally, the project results and best practices are disseminated nationally to support the development of working life in a wide range of industries. The project produces concrete benefits, such as improved well-being at work and competitiveness, and its results can also be utilised by other industries and educational institutions in teaching and research.
