Project description

The goal of the Interreg Aurora funded project Flexible and Sustainable Solid-State Batteries for Cold-Weather Electronic Applications is to advance battery technology. The projects aims to complete the battery value chain and enable the local production of sustainable consumer electronic batteries, leveraging the knowledge and resources available in the Interreg Aurora programme area.

The proposed implementation is crucial for the programme area, as it will foster innovation in both battery technology and our regional ICT ecosystem, which seeks enablers like flexible or cold-weather resilient batteries.

The project will complement the regional battery ecosystem in the Interreg Aurora programme area and boost new innovative approaches and applications. By driving innovation and progress in battery technology, novel applications will contribute to the creation of a more sustainable future.
