Project description
This research project studies the transformation of workplace multiliteracy expertise in the AI era. We study professionals’ interaction with and discourses on language-based AI technologies as part of work and organizational practices. Our applied linguistic research is ethnographic, and the data include interviews, observations, video recordings and social media discussions. The project aims to determine human, AI-enhanced and AI-replacing competences needed in future working life.
