Bioinformatics and Data Analysis
The Izzi group on Bioinformatics and Data Analysis focuses on the development of AI-based (especially neural networks and deep learning) algorithms for the study of molecular networks in cancer, integrative analyses of the tumor microenvironment, with particular emphasis on the extracellular matrix, and providing bioinformatics and data analysis as a service to collaborators & partners
