Anil Sohail

My field of interest is protein chemistry and structural biology. Currently, I am working on production and structural characterization of multiple disulfide bond complex proteins in Prof. Ruddock´s group in University of Oulu, Finland. The group has developed efficient systems for the production of disulfide bond containing proteins in the cytoplasm of E.coli and we are using these systems for examining structure-function relationships of proteins.
