Delfin Tursin is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the PROFI7 Hybrid Intelligence research program, working within the HealthEduCom Lab (Health Care Education and Competence) of the Research Unit of Health Sciences and Technology (HST) at the University of Oulu. Her work contributes to the theme of Emerging sustainable effects on the quality of life, with a focus on human-centered approaches for strengthening human capabilities in hybrid intelligence contexts.
She received her PhD in Psychology, Neuroscience and Data Science from the University of Pavia, Italy in 2024. Her doctoral research investigated motor imagery and interoceptive skills across diversified populations, combining cognitive neuroscience perspectives with psychophysiological measurement and experimental research design.
Her current research interests include hybrid intelligence and human–AI co-evolution, psychophysiological and neurofeedback-based approaches, and the development of innovative human capability enhancement strategies to support sustainable improvements in health, learning, and quality of life.
