My current research interest is to establish structural-property-functionality correlations in various nano-hetero structures, such as commonly used semiconductor (eg, TiO2, CdS, and ZnO) and 2D materials (eg, Graphene and MoS2) by employing lab and synchrotron source-based Spectro-microscopic methods along with Electron microscopy and pair distribution function for a greener environment. In particular, my interest involves the application of mainly Raman spectroscopy / mapping and X-PEEM to various inorganic materials.
