My reserach interests are in general related to new innovations and digitalization, especially how technology changes work and workplaces, including the welbeing and resilience of the individuals. My interests are also related to businesses and collaborative value creation, supporting companies in their AI and digitalization work (decision support systems). Furthermore I work with, development of education in the field of software engineering and information systems.
