Currently a Post-doc at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management within the Project Management research stream, Faculty of Technology, University of Oulu, Finland. Apart from the postdoctoral research, Farooq is involved in teaching activities at the university. He delivers lectures on advanced project management, risk management, and product development courses. He has research interests in project management, inter-organizational collaboration, stakeholder engagement, stakeholder networks, circular economy, modular construction, and automation in construction.
