Niko-Petteri Hirvonen

My research focuses on wearable-measured 24-hour physical activity behavior in both
occupational and leisure domains, as well as their combined health effects. My particular interest is in allocation changes between physical activity behaviors and how it affects cardiometabolic and lifestyle-related diseases.
