I work as a university teacher in music education in the CHIMES Research Unit for Early Childhood and Music Education at the University of Oulu. I am conducting my doctoral research in the DivE research group, where I examine the development of learning outcomes in piano accompaniment skills utilizing learning analytics tools. Professionally, I am interested in the continuous development of classroom music-making and piano accompaniment pedagogy — through practical classroom work, research, and the use of technology.
