Sotiria Tsiflidou
I am a doctoral researcher in the group of professor Johanna Myllyharju. I am studying collagen prolyl 4-hydroxylases as therapeutic targets in pancreatic cancer stroma and in pancreatic cancer cells. My other project is related to the inhibition of members of the 2-oxoglutarate dependent dioxygenases protein family using 2-oxoglutarate analogues and analyzing the specificity and efficiency of commonly used compounds.
