CuMoO4 ceramic for future technology applications

In this dissertation, new properties of CuMoO4 ceramic were investigated. This ceramic can be processed at relatively low temperatures to fabricate high-frequency telecommunication components compared to other electroceramics. Thus, a significant amount of energy can be saved in component manufacturing without sacrificing electrical performance. In addition, it has interesting thermochromic properties suitable for temperature sensor applications. The results show the future potential of CuMoO4 ceramic for electronic components due to its versatile properties and low manufacturing temperature.
