The registry office processes and registers incoming and outgoing documents, applications for open positions and duties, and other applications.
Registry office is open 10:00 - 14:00
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Documents are registered in the record management system (Dynasty for SQL).
Because of the exceptional conditions due to the coronavirus, access to the University’s premises is restricted. Therefore we recommend that all documents are sent electronically. If this is not possible, please contact the Registry Office staff (tel. 0294 484108).
The registry office keeps a record of university's contracts.
Documents which are to be stored permanently or longer than ten years are kept in university's central archive. Note that there are several other local archives in university units (e.g. in faculty offices). When a certain document is not in active use anymore, it will be transferred to the university central archive.
The central archive is also responsible for overall co-ordination of the university's archival management.
Registry office and central archive are located in the same premises at the second floor on the university main building.
