Fatemeh Dodangeh

I am a Ph.D. student in the Mathematical science department under the supervision of Prof. Mikko Sillanpää. My Ph.D. project relates to "applying statistical process controlling methods on gene expression networks" and my current research focus is on providing a proper model selection method, like glasso, to estimate gene networks.
