Biography

I study technology multitasking and its effects in human's life. My research focuses also in the background factors which affect the technology multitasking.  Multitasking with technology – the simultaneous use of two or more media devices – has increased significantly in recent years.

In my dissertation I study social networking sites use and its effect in well-being. The aim of the research is to identify young adults’ risk profiles at SNS use and evaluate the effects of a health coaching intervention on young adults’ SNS use and psychosocial well-being.

I have participated in EU-project (QualMent) and been part of an intervention study. I have comprehensive digital expertise, which has been utilized for example in the QualMent project and in the intervention study. I have participated in various strategies and I’m expertise in designing and constructing teaching materials and environments.
