PhD Lotta Haukipuro coordinates the Generation Z and beyond: Co-evolution of human capabilities and intelligent technologies in the 21st century (GenZ) profilation project at the University of Oulu. She received her doctoral degree in Oulu Business School in 2019. Her PhD research focused on user-centric development of products and services with the living lab approach in different contexts. Her research interests include e.g., living labs, co-creation and end user involvement methods. Her career includes positions, among others, as a manager of a digital user involvement platform (2011-2018), lead of communications in the Center for Internet Excellence research and innovation unit (2011-2015), Account manager of the Six City Open Innovation Platforms subproject in the Center for Ubiquitous Computing (2015-2018), specialist in the Six City University Hospitals as Innovation Platforms project (2016-2017), living lab specialist in the FICHe accelerator FP7 project (2014-2016), project researcher in the BRIIF innovative public procurement research project (2014-2016), and Communications coordinator in the MAINIO project (2012-2014).
