Satu Tamminen

I work as University Lecturer and researcher in Biomimetics and Intelligent Systems Group. In addition, I am the Director of the Computer Science and Engineering Degree Programme and a member of the ITEE Education Committee.

My research interests are understandable machine learning and AI, and we have developed applications to evidence based decision support in various fields including industry, health and education. In addition, I teach data pre-processing and mining in our advanced courses.
