Biography
Timo Koivumäki has previously worked as a research professor of mobile business applications at VTT and at the University of Oulu, as a professor of information and communication business at the University of Oulu, and as a research professor of electronic commerce at the University of Oulu. His research interests include consumer behaviour in digital environments, user-driven innovation, digital marketing, digital service business models and service ecosystems. Koivumäki has over 50 publications and has participated in numerous national and international research and development projects.
