Digital Watermarking

Digital Watermarking

Digital watermarking is a method of embedding a hid-den sequence of bits in the host media in such a way that it is hard to perceive or remove. It is later possible to read the hidden information with a computer. To be able to read this hidden information with a camera phone is not yet well studied but would open multiple application areas from games and other recreational applications to authentication and other security related applications.
