Education description
The course provides a foundation for understanding career development theories and guides participants in career reflection and planning. Participants will articulate their expertise, deepen self-assessment skills, and identify effective job search strategies. Emphasis is placed on future-oriented thinking and the ability to adapt to a changing labour market. Through critical reflection, theoretical understanding, and planning, participants will gain tools to make informed career decisions and build meaningful career paths.
The course consists of lectures and practical assignments that combine theoretical insight with self-reflection.
