Education description

The course is designed to support doctoral researchers in becoming acquainted with the study and work processes at the Faculty of Education and Psychology and in gaining familiarity with the ongoing research activities within the faculty. Upon completing the course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the structure and research activities within the Doctoral program at the Faculty of Education and Psychology.
  • Apply the knowledge acquired to develop their Doctoral Training Plan, including the Personal Study Plan (PSP) and career plan.
  • Navigate practical matters to initiate their work as doctoral researchers.
  • Critically reflect on personal motivation, available resources, and well being in relation to undertaking doctoral studies.

These learning outcomes include the development of the following generic skills: analytical, critical and creative thinking; well-being and self-development; and communication, interaction and digital skills.
