Researching mis- and disinformation in the age of GenAI

Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:

• Understand the media and information ecosystem rapidly impacted by GenAI.
• Understand the concept of mis- and disinformation and pay more attention to the false information circulating in their everyday lives.
• Learn both innovative qualitative and quantitative methods to study mis- and disinformation and combine them with their own expertise.
• Formulate the basic structure to start researching the perspective related to mis- and disinformation they are interested in.
