Workshop on Narrative and Positioning

Upon completion of the workshop, the participants will be able
- to understand the benefits of using narrative positioning theory as a qualitative approach for analyzing how storytelling constructs identities, relationships, and moral responsibility in everyday and public contexts, as well as
- to recognize the role of narratives in actively shaping social relations, distributing accountability, and positioning selves and others within cultural and institutional frameworks.

• Enrolment:
  • Maximum number of participants is 20.
  • Priority is given to doctoral researchers in the Human Sciences Doctoral Programme at UniOGS who carry out research on narratives. Otherwise selection is based on the order of registration.
• Credits:
  • 1 ECTS: Participation in the lecture and workshop only
  • 2 ECTS: Participation in the lecture and workshop with pre-assignment and presentation
