Campus as a Stage After Work: Afterwork with OUCO II

Come and spend an atmospheric evenings on campuses! The Campus as a Stage After Work events aim to bring the University of Oulu campuses to life even after working and studying days. The program includes music, theater and good company. After Work events are generally held on the last Wednesday of every month (with a few exceptions). We welcome students and staff as well as all other residents and visitors from the Oulu area looking for cultural experiences. Depending on the organizer, the events are open or have a ticket fee.

This time, the Oulu University Chamber Orchestra will play their own favorites. Join us to hear the best! The event is open for all and does not include a ticket fee.

The event will be held at the Linnanmaa campus of the University of Oulu in the Saalasti hall, nearest entrance P door.

In 2026, the University of Oulu will organize a year-long Campus as a Stage event series, the purpose of which is to showcase the broad cultural expertise of our university community and bring culture to the everyday life of our campuses and to a wider audience. The series includes culture lunches, culture lectures, After Work events, various exhibitions and community art works, and art tours of the university's art collections.
