Location
Right at the beginning of autumn, we want to encourage students and staff to exercise so that the academic year gets off to an energetic start! We will provide information on the benefits of exercise and break activities, as well as the services available to the university community in this regard.
Most people are aware of the basic factors that affect their well-being, but their own minds can sometimes be an obstacle to making changes – we will offer support for this through a lecture on mental contrasting.

The Cuckoo break app encourages you to take breaks and be physically active during the working day. Cuckoo offers over 1,000 ready-made exercises, allowing you to choose the break that suits your needs. It gives you an instant energy boost and a few moments to catch your breath during the study days and is an excellent tool for stress management.
