Workstations

The computer classrooms have been meant primarily for teaching use. You may use these workstations maintained by ICT Services within the premises opening hours when space is not allocated for teaching. You can check the booking situation on the doorside display.

Please note that in addition to these fixed workstations, the laptop vendors are available on campus and you can use remote desktops software on your own devices wherever you are.

The self-study lobbies in Pegasus library are equipped with fixed workstations. These premises or workstations cannot be reserved beforehand.

Please note that in addition to the fixed workstations, the laptop vendors are available on campus and you can use remote desktops software on your own devices wherever you are.

Use your university user account for login:

• Staff: because Student is set as a default domain, so you have to write the Univ domain name in connection of the user account this way: univ\account
• Printing uses the queue Studentprint. You can release and pick up your prints at any of the printing devices within the printing service.
• Lock the workstation with L + Windows when you leave the workstation for a moment.

When finishing the work, remember to log out.

The operating system in the workstations is Windows. All workstations have basic software and, in addition to them, different software configurations on a room basis.

All workstations can be used to access AVD remote desktops, and almost all have remote desktop access to university Linux servers.
