Focus is on the development of simple tools based on the electrochemical sensors and biosensors for the non-invasive measurement of biologically active compounds in body fluids (e.g. saliva, sweat). We concern on the detection of various markers related to diseases, fatigue or stress.
Our nutrition research focuses on the detection of nutrition deficiency and development of extraction and enrichment methods to increase the content of valuable compounds (such as antioxidants) in cosmetics, food products and supplements.
