The application period for English-taught degree programmes at the University of Oulu begins on January 3rd
English-taught Master's programmes are available in the fields of engineering, information and communication technology (ICT), education, medicine, biochemistry, and business studies at the University of Oulu. In total, there are 726 available study places for Master's programmes.
In the field of business studies, there is a newly revamped two-year Master's program called Sustainable Marketing. The programme emphasises sustainability perspective within the core themes of marketing, such as branding, digital marketing, business-to-business marketing, service management, procurement and logistics, selling and consumer behavior.
Applicants eligible for Master's programmes include those who have completed a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, regardless of nationality. For Bachelor's programmes, a secondary education degree is a prerequisite. In the joint application, there are Bachelor's programs available in the fields of ICT, education, and business studies, with a total of 122 study places.
Applying to the University of Oulu takes place online at studyinfo.fi The application form is to be completed by January 17 at 3 PM. Some applicants will be selected based on their application, and for some study programmes, interviews may also be conducted.
All applicants must demonstrate their English language skills. Detailed instructions can be found online for both Bachelor's programmes and Master's programmes.
The results of the student selections for international programmess are primarily announced in March, with the remaining results in May.
