Cuckoo is like a break time clock - it reminds and guides you to take a break. Get to know Cuckoo and other services supporting physical activity within the University of Oulu during the Energy for life through exercise and breaks! -theme week 15–19 September 2025.

With Cuckoo you can create your own break from a selection of moves! You'll also find over 1000 ready-made exercises to choose from to find the break that's right for you. Cuckoo gives you an instant energy boost and a few moments to catch your breath during the study days and is an excellent tool for stress management.
