Faculty Student Services opening hours at the turn of the year
You can still access the education designer's guidance during week 50.
The Kompassi service point (e.g. for submitting criminal records) is still open until December 16.

- The Faculty of Education and Psychology's service address study.education@oulu.fi, will be closed from December 23. 2025, to January 4. 2026.
- The autumn semester's open office hours for education designers will continue until Friday, December 12. Spring office hours will resume after Epiphany, i.e. on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
- The Kompassi service point (e.g. for submitting criminal records): The last service time of the fall semester will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Kompassi service point will be open exceptionally on Wednesday, January 7, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. After this, the service point will be open on Tuesdays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- Exceptions will be announced on the For students website. Please check the opening hours before arriving.
