ICT tickets may show delays during entrance exams

There may be delays in handling tickets for customer and IT support, especially from 26 May to 6 June, when a significant number of our employees are involved in the work tasks of electronic selection tests.
Similarly, there are restrictions on the use of laptop vendors and classes during the exams.

Laptop Vendors

Laptops have been introduced from students' laptop vendors for electronic selection tests. A few machines have been left in the attached vendors, the other students' vendors are closed.

  • Technology lobby (Linnanmaa): lack of availability
  • Next to the Pegasus Library (Linnanmaa): lack of availability
  • Amk lobby (Linnanmaa): lack of availability
  • Kontinkangas (uo): lack of availability
  • Kontinkangas (amk): normal situation

The situation will normalize from 12 June.

The staff IT device vendors are operating normally during the tests.

Classes

The following classes are reserved for the use of electronic experiments:

  • SÄ137 (uo)
  • SÄ140 (uo)
  • AT122 (uo)
  • 7A202 (amk)
  • 7A208 (amk)
  • 7B213 (amk)
