Microsoft Viva is a new platform
Microsoft has brought the Viva service automatically to all Microsoft 365 Education users of the university. The service includes e.g. Viva Insight which is designed to support coping at studies/work and working day rhythm.
You receive information about your own working methods and so can make changes to your working day using different tools. The reports Viva sends in your inbox are based on data collected by AI and are not visible to anyone but you. If you do not want these digest emails, you can unsubscribe from the link “Unsubscribe” at the end of the message you received.

PS. Microsoft is also reforming service names: Microsoft 365 Education (abbreviation M365) was formerly known as Office 365 Education (abbreviation O365). We now use these both names.
