OneDrive storage will be limited 1 June 2026

Here's how to check your OneDrive content:

- Go to the bottom of the left menu. From there, you can see how much OneDrive is in use and what your quota is now.
- Example in English:

Tallennustila
108.5 Gt kiintiöstä 5 Tt käytetty (2%) - By clicking a link under the size used at the bottom, you will see OneDrive in the order of the size of the content.

If you exceed 100 GB, please review the content of OneDrive:
- Delete unnecessary files.
- After removal, empty your recycle bin.
- If necessary, move files to another storage location, but not within the M365 environment.
- If after these steps you still have more than 100 GB of space, you might want to check OneDrive's version history, which uses the same space. See the instruction: How to check OneDrive's version history.
Please act by 1 June 2026. If your OneDrive still exceeds 100 GB, its content will change to read-only format, and you won't be able to save files until your OneDrive is below 100 GB.
