The Oulu University mentoring programme starts again in Autumn 2025 - save the date!

Are you close to stepping into working life? Thinking about your next career move? Do you want to discover and learn how to describe your strengths and discuss work-related themes?

Join our Mentoring programme for Master students in Oulu University! In our four months programme you will get a mentor to support you in your career building. Your mentor is an alumni from working life and is volunteering to share insights, experiences and give you tips for your career.

With your mentor you will meet to discuss work-related themes and you get to develop your professional and personal skills. Our mentoring team will also organize meetings with other participating students and mentors and you get to network with amazing people!

Our mentoring programme has long traditions in past, and year after year we get superb feedback from both, our students and mentors! This is a chance you do not wish to miss!
