Registration period for continuing students for Academic Year 2025–2026 is open to September 5th, 2025.

Continuing students use OILI online service to register during annual registration period 2.5.–5.9.2025.

Degree students who are registering as present, must pay Student Union OYY membership fee. Continuing students need a Finnish personal identity code to be able to register in OILI service.

If for any reason you are unable to register automatically through OILI, you can register in person by contacting your Faculty's Study Services.

If you do not register for attendance or non-attendance during the registration period, you will lose your study right at the University of Oulu. The process for reactivating your study right depends on the timing of your application for readmission. If a student has neglected to register to the University within the registration period, the student will have to apply for the reactivation of study right with Eforms -system.
