University of Oulu again among the 500 best universities in the world

The University of Oulu is ranked between 401-500 in the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU). The ranking is the same as in 2022. This year, a thousand of the world's best universities were ranked.

The indicators used in the comparison include the number of scientific publications, the number of researchers most cited, the number of publications in Nature and Science, and the Nobel and Fields awards received by alumni and staff.
