Ville-Valtteri Visuri appointed as the new Chairman of the Executive Board of CASR
The Centre for Advanced Steels Research (CASR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Associate Professor Ville-Valtteri Visuri as Chairman of its Executive Board, succeeding Emeritus Professor Pentti Karjalainen.
In alignment with CASR's mission of advancing new steelmaking technologies, Visuri brings a wealth of expertise in process metallurgy to his new role, supported by his prior industrial experience and engagement in the study of converter, EAF, and HPSR processes.
