Welcome to the strategy launch event on 7 February
The strategy update, which has been worked on over last autumn, was approved by the University Board of Directors on the 13th of December 2023. The strategy material will be published on the University of Oulu’s website at beginning of February. A joint strategy launch event for the entire university community will be held on 7 February 2024.
Last year's strategy update included both the University's common strategy with its development paths and the strategies of the faculties, regional units, and interdisciplinary centres (formerly the Focus Institutes). The materials are currently being translated and will be published on the University of Oulu’s website in early February.
We will also organise a strategy launch event open to the entire university community on 7 February 2024 at 10.30-11.30 in L2 lecture hall. Languages of the event are Finnish and English. For the coffee service, please register in advance by 5 February at 12 noon. You can also follow the event remotely via Zoom (no registration needed).
