Workshop “Resources for Researchers: Impostor Syndrome”
The journey of a doctoral researcher is full of challenges, and one of them can be impostor syndrome – the feeling of not deserving one's place, even when one is actually competent and skilled. How does impostor syndrome manifest in the daily life of a doctoral researcher? How can you recognize its signs, and how should you deal with it?

Welcome to a discussion-based workshop where you can share experiences and hear other doctoral researchers' thoughts and perspectives on impostor syndrome. This workshop is especially for those who want to discuss this common but often unspoken topic.
Why participate?
- You will have the opportunity to discuss impostor syndrome and its effects on research work and self-confidence.
- You will receive peer support from other doctoral researchers who can share their own experiences and insights.
- There are no right or wrong answers in the workshop – the most important thing is openness and listening to others.
