Research group description
Our research group advances teaching and learning by combining educational and learning sciences, pragmatic research approaches, and innovative pedagogical design. We explore how teaching and learning environments can be improved by pedagogical approaches that bridge theory and practice. As an interdisciplinary group our research interest include physical active lessons, creativity and design thinking, technology-enhanced learning, such as STEAM education, computational thinking, educational robotics, and artificial intelligence. Through this work, we aim to design and study learning processes and experiences that are grounded in theory, responsive to real educational challenges, and meaningful for diverse learners.
