Anis Elgabli

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Centre for Wireless Communications, University of Oulu, Finland. I received the B.Sc. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Tripoli, Libya, in 2004, the M.Eng. degree from UKM, Malaysia, in 2007, and M.Sc and PhD from the department of electrical and computer engineering, Purdue university, Indiana, USA in 2015 and 2018 respectively. My main research interests are in heterogeneous networks, radio resource management, vehicular communication, video streaming, distributed optimization, distributed machine learning in 5G networks and beyond.
