I am a doctoral researcher in Educational Psychology, studying how to support learners in becoming agentic learners who can collaborate productively with generative AI in both individual and collaborative learning. My previous research focused on profiling agentic learners who work effectively with GenAI and on developing and validating training programmes that foster human-AI collaboration at higher-order thinking levels. As part of the RESHAPE project, I use micro-level interaction research to explore how learners can make better use of GenAI in collaborative problem solving and how collective agency can emerge. Before entering academia, I worked in educational technology, focusing on teacher education through the design of teacher evaluation systems, professional learning programmes, and tools to support learner-centred teaching.
