Eva Maria Raudasoja

Eva Raudasoja has worked in education, innovation and strategic development for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience in teaching, research, international consulting, and the management and financial administration of education. Her areas of expertise include lifelong learning, educational evaluation and planning, strategic leadership, and the development of working-life-oriented education solutions.

She builds collaboration between education, research and industry through international networks and strategic partnerships. By leveraging multidisciplinary expertise, action research and emerging technologies, she advances innovative education solutions, competence development and sustainable impact. Her goal is to combine the human sciences and emerging technologies to create solutions with societal impact and to support the knowledge-based sustainable growth of regions. Raudasoja has also served as a member of Finland’s national higher education evaluation committee.
