Farid Hamzehaghdam

I have received my B.Sc., M.Sc. and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering in the field of power systems in 2014, 2016 and 2020, respectively. I have been a university lecturer since 2017. I was a postdoc researcher at university of Tabriz and currently I am following my second postdoc at Water, Energy and Environmental Engineering research unit at the Faculty of Technology, University of Oulu, Finland. I have published several papers in JCR journals and international conferences. Also I have served as a reviewer for IEEE, IET, Springer, and Elsevier Journals, including prestigious journals of IEEE Transactions on Power systems and Applied energy. I am also the managing editor of journal of Energy Management and Technology. My research interests include but not limited to power system’s optimization problems, renewable energy integration, uncertainty modeling and stochastic programming, energy storage systems, P2X, modern energy systems, user empowerment, digitalization of energy systems, etc.
