In my thesis, I examined the role of social skills and social support for well-being at work and in higher education. The main goal in my research is to enhance well-being at work. My research is focused on well-being at work, work engagement, work ability and job resources that boost engagement. My teaching areas include personality psychology and work- and organizational psychology (I-III). I am also in charge of bachelor thesis in psychology.
