I work as a doctoral researcher in the NorthDIGI project, which develops and evaluates digitally integrated social and health services and their effectiveness within the Northern Finland cooperation area. The project focuses on frequent attenders with complex, multisectoral service needs. The aim of my dissertation is to produce new knowledge that supports the appropriate and sustainable implementation and development of digitally assisted multisectoral health and social services.
I am part of the interdisciplinary DigiImpact research group, whose key areas of focus include digital health services, value‑based healthcare, and intelligent health systems.
My background combines nursing science with health and social management science, and I have work experience in supervisory and specialist roles in the public sector. My research interests include the effectiveness, digitalisation, and the health and social care ecosystem.
