I work as a university teacher in the Research Unit of Health Sciences and Technology. My research interests focus on sustainable leadership and occupational well-being in the context of continuous changes in work, organizations, and operating environments.
In my research, I examine change fatigue within healthcare. I am particularly interested in how change fatigue could be better recognized and prevented during organizational changes, taking into account the various factors underlying the phenomenon as part of the development of responsible and sustainable leadership and education.
